This gets both of you around 180k per hour if the enforcer has premium and was always dropping at x1.8 or x2. The enforcer actually gets more money per drop x1.8 multiplier or x2 if you bounty.
the enforcer can help speed the process up be repairing and returning fixed vans. The reason you need an empty id is the criminal is constantly filling vans and just dropping them on the side of the road when they are full.
